All About Cake
Your cake should be as unique and special as you. My name is Lotus and I would love to make that happen! I only make custom, one of a kind cakes. I use fresh fruit and flowers from my garden and eggs from my chickens wherever possible. Dietary accommodations are welcome.
I get a lot of questions about the order process and what kinds of dietary accommodations I can provide and while some questions don’t have standard answers, I can answer some basic ones here.
Q: What kind if dietary accommodations can you provide?
A: I specialize in gluten free and vegan but can also do dairy free, egg free, dye free, sugar free, and soy free. I have a few low carb recipes and am open to expanding that repertoire.
Q: Does it cost extra for accommodations?
A: In general, no. Some very expensive ingredients like honey may cost a little more per serving but in general my prices include typical accommodations.

Q: What flavors do you offer?
A: I can make almost anything! Here is a short, non-exhaustive list: strawberry, raspberry, lemon, orange, vanilla, lavender, rose, berry lemonades, chocolate, almond, peppermint, champagne, caramel, and coconut. I can also match flavor combinations of your favorite coffee, candy bar, and ice cream. If there’s something you'd like that's not mentioned just ask, I can probably do it!
Q: What flavors can you do gluten free, dairy free, or vegan?
A: All of them. Yes, even caramel and custards.

Q: Do you do tastings?
A: Yes! I offer 30 minute consults for $50 which includes up to 4 flavor combinations. If you book with me, the consult fee goes towards your deposit.
Q: How do I order?
A: Send my facebook page a message or email me with the Get Quote button below, including as much information you have about your event and I’ll work with you to build a quote based on the number of servings you're looking for.
Q: Do you deliver?
A: Yes! I deliver anywhere in Eugene and Springfield free of charge. I also deliver to outlying areas like Veneta, Santa Clara, Coburg, Goshen, Jasper, etc for a small fee and have traveled as far as Vancouver, WA to deliver cakes.
Smash Cakes
Q; How much is it?
A: Cakes start at $15/serving. Some premium ingredients can cost a little more and some designs like geodes are a little more per serving. Smash cakes are 4” cakes and are $45, including baby safe flowers when in season. Cupcakes are $50/dozen including fresh fruit and flowers when in season. Some toppers might have an additional charge.
Q: When do I pay?
A: With six weeks notice or more, I give you a quote for your cake and a deposit of at least half is due to book the date. You are welcome to pay the full amount. Any remaining balance is due 4 weeks before delivery. The deposit is non-refundable and guarantees your order. With less than four weeks notice, payment is due in full to book the date.
